Friday WOD 3/31/17

We’re going to do something slightly different today and have open gym for all hours including 5:15am and 11:45am. Everyone seems to be pretty beet up from this week of WODs so use this time to get lots of mobility in and skill work like Kipping pull-ups or double unders etc… If you missed any WODs this week feel free to do them. You’re welcome!

Tuesday WOD 3/28/17

10 min EMOM 

Min 1= 1 Clean and Jerk @ 60%

Min 2= 2 Clean and Jerk @ 60%

Min 3= 3 Clean and Jerk @ 60%

…and so on adding a rep every min
