Min 1= 1 Clean and Jerk @ 60%

Min 2= 2 Clean and Jerk @ 60%

Min 3= 3 Clean and Jerk @ 60%

…and so on adding a rep every min

Then:

“2017 Open Complete!” 

20 min AMRAP (teams of 3)

12 Calorie Row

10 Dumbbell Snatch (alternating each rep 50/35)

6 Toes-to-Bar

*2 athletes do sit ups while 1 athlete  completes  full round then tags next partner
