10 min EMOM

2 clean and jerk

*workup to a max double 

Then:

“Death By Assault Bike”

(2 calories the 1st minute. 4 calories the 2nd minute. 6 calories the 3rd minute…until you fail to achieve the number within the proper minute.)

*each time an athlete is eliminated another takes his/her place

*when you’re eliminated you will then have a 5 min row for calories to complete.
