“Team Grizzly” (teams of 2)

12 min AMRAP (Bear Complex)

Min 1-4 (95/55)

Min 4-8 (115/75)

Min 8-12 (135/95)

Scaled: 75/35, 95/55, 105/65

*Bear Complex = Front Squat+Push Press+Back Squat+Push Press

*teams can pass the bar only after a full Complex has been completed but each athlete can do as many complexes they want before passing the bar.

*each Complex equals 1 Rep
