“Pick Your Poison”

You will have 15 min to find a max in one of the 4 movements of your choice

1) 3 Rep Max Overhead Squat

2) 3 Rep Max Push or Split Jerk

3) Snatch Complex (Power+Hang+Squat Snatch)

4) Clean Complex (Power+Hang+ Squat Clean)

Then:

3 Rounds of :

10 Squat Cleans 95/65

20 Deadlifts 95/65

400 m run
