100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Air Squats

1 Mile Run

* for it to qualify as RX you must wear a 20 or 14lb vest and do the reps straight through as prescribed. Any breakup of the reps like 20 Rounds of 5/10/15 will count as scaled
