10 min to find a heavy 3 Rep Hang Pull

Then:

15 min AMRAP

1 Hang Squat Clean (135/95)

1 Burpee Over The Bar

1 Box Jump

*add 1 Rep each round

*score will be total rounds and reps

(Ex: If I finish the round of 10 and I get 5 Hang Squat Cleans then my score is 10 Rounds + 5 reps)
