Burpees Over The Bar

*20 Medball Sit Up Passes between each round

*partner 1 completes 10 OHS then partner 2 completes 10 OHS

Partner 1 completes 10 Burpees over the bar then partner 2 completes 10 burpees Over The Bar and so on
