100 Shoulder to Overhead 115/75 (for time)

* You must Clean the bar from the ground before proceeding to shoulder to overhead

*3 Burpees every min on the min

*100 Sit Ups at the end of Shoulder to Overhead but you do not have to do Burpees during them. Your time will end after the last Sit Up
