Clean Complex (12 min)

Deadlift (Power Clean Start Position)+Hang Clean+Hang Squat Clean

*workup to WOD weight


“228” (teams of 2)

16 Rounds for time

3 Hang Squat Cleans (155/115)

5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

7 Burpees

*RX+ 205/155/Scaled 115/75

*this WOD will be performed gauntlet style. Partner 1 begins Hang Squat Cleans and upon completion partner 2 then begins Hang Squat Cleans while partner 1 then moves to Chest to Bar and so on. Consider it a chase but without the catch. Partner 2 cannot pass partner 1. Partner 1 must be done with the movement before partner 2 can start on that same movement. Your coaches will make it clear!
